Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113.

Data Transfers

Data is processed within the EU/UK. Any transfers outside these regions are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for 12 months following cancellation, unless longer retention is required by law.
