Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using LetProof you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

LetProof provides property compliance management tools for landlords, agents and renters. Features vary by subscription tier.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• No free trial period is offered.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use LetProof to: violate any law; upload malicious content; attempt to breach security; scrape or resell data; or impersonate others.

5. Your Data

You own your property and tenancy data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All LetProof software, designs, trademarks and content are owned by QC Pro Apps Ltd. No licence is granted beyond use of the service.

7. Warranties & Liability

LetProof is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before any claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time via Settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
