LetProof is operated by QC Pro Apps Ltd ("we", "us"). Questions: support@qc-pro-apps.com.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: email, name, password hash via Supabase Auth.
• Property & tenancy data: property addresses, tenant details, lease dates, compliance records you enter.
• Payment data: subscription billing handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
• Usage data: page views, feature interactions (no advertising tracking).
• Cookies: essential session cookie + optional analytics. See our Cookie Policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, maintain and improve LetProof.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To send compliance reminders and service notifications you request.
• To comply with legal obligations (UK GDPR / PECR).

4. Legal Basis

Contract performance (delivering the service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention), legal obligation, and where required, consent.

5. Data Sharing

• Supabase — authentication & database (EU servers).
• Stripe — payment processing.
• No data is sold or shared with advertisers.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your subscription is active and for 12 months after cancellation, then deleted unless legally required to retain.

7. Your Rights

Access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to processing. Contact us at support@qc-pro-apps.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.

8. Security

TLS encryption in transit; data encrypted at rest. Access is role-controlled and logged.

9. Changes

We'll notify you by email of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
